Retirement Planning
Implementing the proper retirement plan is a cornerstone to the financial planning process. It includes the projection and
analysis of retirement income expenses, a review of resources available to meet needs and creation of proposals to maximize and
facilitate the retirement plan.

Investment Planning
Regardless of the goals that we seek to accomplish, the analysis of existing investments and recommendations that will enhance
clients' portfolios, must first be done. We utilize the full range of investment choices, and depending upon clients' needs, we
implement as necessary. We will utilize, where appropriate, mutual funds, common and preferred stocks, variable and fixed
annuities, municipal investments, government securities, (treasury securities, GNMAs and other mortgage-backed issues), REITS and
more, depending upon clients' needs and goals.

Insurance Planning
Life Insurance: Proper insurance planning is the glue that holds together many financial plans. Thorough life insurance planning
entails a full discussion with clients and a projection and analysis of survivor income needs in the event of the death of the family's
principal wage earner.
Estate Insurance Planning: In order to minimize an individual's estate tax projection, it is very important to create and analyze
the cash flow that would be necessary to protect an estate's liquidity and preserve wealth for future generations. We do this as a normal part
of working comprehensively with our clients and their families, often in conjunction with their attorney, as well.
Disability Insurance: Planners must project and analyze what family income needs would be on a protracted basis, should a
disability arise from an illness or an accident to the client. Individuals are nine times more likely to become disabled on the job
than die on their job and because of these realities, it is very necessary to address this important issue.
Health Insurance: We offer a review of a client's current health insurance coverage and make recommendations for enhancements,
where weaknesses are observed.
Long-Term Care Insurance: Most people over the age of fifty are candidates for protection against the loss of family assets due
to a protracted stay in a nursing home facility or the requirement for care at home. We help clients select the best form of insuring
against this potential devastation to their wealth and plan for methods of covering the cost while protecting assets.

Estate Planning
Our goal is to work with clients to help them minimize the amount of estate taxes paid. This is based on estate size and flow
of assets at that time. It is very important to create and analyze the cash flow that would be necessary to protect an estate's
liquidity and preserve wealth for future generations. We do this as a normal part of working comprehensively with our clients and
their families. We analyze the current estate plan; make recommendations of future strategies that effectively reduce federal
and state tax liabilities and work, when necessary, with the estate tax attorney of your choice to help facilitate the plan.

Income Tax Planning
Building a team approach with the client's own tax professionals, we often work along side to help analyze the clients'
present tax situation and make proposals of future strategies. North Ridge Securities Corp. and its affiliate, North
Shore Capital Management Corp. does not prepare income tax returns.

College Education Planning
As college costs soar far beyond the national inflation rate, parents and family members must plan financially to
send children to college long before the entry date. We project comparisons of the future costs of public, state and
private education. We will create strategies today that will allow clients to fund future education needs, utilizing
529 Plans and other vehicles that are deemed appropriate.
