Daniel R. Levy

President and CEO

Dan is the President, CEO and Chief Financial Officer of North Ridge Securities Corp. and runs the firm’s day-to-day operations; he is also the co-founder of both North Ridge Securities Corp. and North Shore Capital Management Corp. He has served in the investment business for more than 25 years, first as a Senior Financial Planner and Corporate Benefits Liaison at E.F. Hutton & Co. There, he developed comprehensive written financial plans for the Personal Financial Management Department, which specialized in high net worth corporate and celebrity clientele. He is a FINRA-registered General Securities Principal, Registered Options Principal and Financial Operations Principal.

Previously, Dan was named to Long Island Business News "40 Under 40: Rising Stars in Business." He also served, for many years, as a member of the Suffolk County Make-A-Wish Foundation's Honorary Board of Directors and is now a Board Member and one of the driving forces behind the Pat Covelli Foundation, a charitable organization devoted to raising funds for medical research as well as helping individuals and families in need throughout the Tri-State area.


Joseph H. Clinard, Jr., CFP®

Chairman Emeritus

Joe has been in the investment business for over 45 years and remains an active part of our senior management. A co-founder of North Ridge Securities Corp., he began his career working for Merrill Lynch on the trading floor of the NYSE and also served as a vice president and the senior officer of Chemical Bank's Personal Financial Services Division on Long Island. He has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional since 1980, and was an Adjunct Professor in the CFP® program at Adelphi University for more than 10 years. He later taught at the CFP® program at Long Island University's C.W. Post campus. He is a General Securities Principal, Municipal Securities Principal and Investment Adviser Representative.

Joe is also the founder of the Long Island Chapter of the IAFP (now the Financial Planning Association). He served as the Chapter's President for over three years. He is past recipient of the Howard Black Memorial Award for Excellence and Achievement in Financial Planning.

Sandra J. Grinspan, CFP®

Executive Vice President

Sandy is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional working in the areas of estate and retirement planning for businesses and individuals for over 20 years. She is a FINRA-registered General Securities Principal, Municipal Securities Principal and Investment Adviser Representative who functions as the firm’s product analyst and marketing specialist. Sandy acts as NRSC’s registered representative liaison, providing our reps with a wide range of practice management tools and ideas learned through her own first-hand experience growing her own successful financial planning practice. This helps them with their own practices and business development. She assists reps in areas ranging from perfecting their own operational procedures to engaging in a deeper understanding of product knowledge from the vast amount of offerings available.

Earlier in her career, Sandy worked for the Dreyfus Service Corp., where she twice received its outstanding investment representative award. She was a member of the Professional Planners Group in New York City. Sandy received her BA degree at the State University of NY at Albany and is a graduate of Long Island University's CFP® program at the C.W. Post campus.
